Do you want to exchange or return your purchase?

We are glad to help you! You can exchange or return up to 14 days after the date of delivery.

Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by following the steps below:

1. First make sure of the following: 

• Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;
• The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact.
• Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.

2. Send us an email at well.raphael.store@gmail.com after which we will provide you with the return instructions. 

3. We will provide you with a return form. Please fill this in as clearly as possible and include this to your return parcel. 

4. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your package. 

5 After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process your return shipment within 10 business days. Our returns department will keep you informed by e-mail.

PLEASE NOTE: 

For items purchased during our sale, Well Raphaël does not offer the possibility for a refund. These items can only be exchanged for an other item from the collection or can be redeemed for store credit.
